Business Garden Bucharest is the sixth complex of this type in Europe, being composed of three mid-rise buildings, surrounded by green areas, suitable for offices and commercial spaces.
For Loial, offices project Business Garden Bucharest, started in 2017, involved the execution of electrical and automation installations, heating and cooling installations, HVAC installation works, as well as design services “workshop drawings”.
In this project we have undertaken activities for assembly and commissioning of all the equipment needed to achieve the required environmental climate. In this regard we have installed cooling towers, chillers, boilers, pumps, pressurization fans, electric generator, electrical panels.
The installations executed for this investition have taken place on 2 year period, the buildings having a 80.000 square feet, being one of the most well classed buildings from point of view of energetic efficiency – LEED Platinum standard.
